Holiday periods in ADIS holiday inn, Golden sands Resort, Varna:
Accommodation every Saturday including seven nights.

In the period from June 3 to June 24, accommodation outside regular shifts is permitted with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservations for the end of a given week outside of a regular shift are accepted no earlier than 4 days before the check-in date, according to availability of rooms and a minimum stay of 2 nights.

All prices are in BGN, including VAT, tourist tax and one parking space per room/apartment.

Price for Full board, when paid together with nights stays: for an adult – BGN 42; for a child – BGN 24

Price for Full board, when paid separately from nights stays, whem you check-in ADIS Holiday inn: for an adult – BGN 46.20; for a child — BGN 26.40

*Full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, without drinks.
** Persons over the age of 14 are not allowed to purchase children’s meals.

The package price is valid only when paying for a minimum of 7 (seven) Full board nights.

ADIS EOOD keep the right to change prices in connection with inflationary processes.

Reservations, payment and general conditions:

A request for a holiday is accepted in writing by filling in the attached form, sent to e-mail: holidays@adis.bg, fax: 02 943 44 27 or in the administrative building of ADIS EOOD – Sofia, 27 “Veliko Tarnovo” str., “Holiday properties” sector – Damyan Milushev, (every working day from 09:00 – 17:30). The form can also be received by email or at the office of ADIS EOOD in Sofia.

The reservation with the room number and change is confirmed by email. Any change to the vacation request by the client (change of shift, number of persons, overnight stays and/or use of meals), occurring AFTER its submission and confirmation by ADIS EOOD, should be specified with the Vacation Property Organizer before its payment. In this case, the existing request is canceled and a new one is filled. Otherwise, the conditions of the already made request are preserved.

Payments can be made in cash and/or by debit/credit card at the cash desk in the administrative building of ADIS EOOD – Sofia, 27 Veliko Tarnovo Str. or by bank transfer, with the reservation number and the three holder names on request:

Regular shifts: no later than 14 calendar days after confirmation of the reservation, the customer must pay the full amount for the holiday chosen by him. If payment is not received, the reservation is cancelled.

Penalties:
If the client refuses and cancels his reservation less than 14 calendar days before check-in, ADIS EOOD refunds 80% of the paid amount (Valid for regular shifts).
In the presence of unforeseen circumstances and/or good reasons, after cancellation of the reservation with a decision of ADIS EOOD, the amount paid can be refunded, provided that ADIS EOOD is notified up to 5 days before the date of accommodation.

If the client refuses and cancels his reservation less than 2 calendar days before the check-in date, ADIS EOOD refunds 50% of the amount (Valid for regular shifts).

If the stay is interrupted before the agreed departure day, ADIS EOOD does not refund the amount for the remaining days.

In case of objective impossibility for ADIS EOOD to perform the services under this contract, including in the event of an epidemic outbreak and a change in the epidemic situation in the country, as well as the registration of a significant number of patients among the staff and/or guests of the rest station, ADIS EOOD has the right to unilaterally terminate its legal relations with customers without incurring penalties for this, by reimbursed them 100% of the amounts they paid in advance.

Provided that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to a decision of an authority for the use of ADIS by refugees, customers will be notified in a timely manner and the amounts paid will be refunded.

Check-in at the holiday station starts from 15:00 on the day of the first night, and check-out by 10:30 on the day after the last paid night.
