Holiday shifts at ADIS Holiday Inn, Golden Sands, Varna, for the SUMMER 2026 season:
- Accommodation every Saturday, including seven nights.
- In the period from May 30 to June 20, stays outside the regular shifts are permitted with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The announced prices are valid for early bookings and payments made by May 20, 2026. After this date, ADIS reserves the right to change prices due to inflationary processes.
All prices include VAT, tourist tax, and one guaranteed parking space per room/apartment.Children aged 0 to 3 (under 4) stay free of charge.
Reservations for children (ages 4–13) staying alone in a room are not permitted.
Price per full board meal plan when paid together with accommodation: Adult – 29 EUR; Child – 18 EUR.
*Price per full board meal plan when paid separately from accommodation on-site at the holiday house: Adult – 32 EUR; Child – 20 EUR.
**One full board meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, excluding beverages.
**Persons aged 14 and over are not eligible for the child meal plan price. The package price is valid only with a minimum purchase of 2 (two) full board meal plans and 2 (two) nights stay.
Reservations, Payment, and General Terms:
A holiday request for a specific shift, room, or apartment is accepted in writing by completing the attached form and sending it via email to: holidays@adis.bg or submitting it in person at the ADIS administrative building: Sofia, 27 Veliko Tarnovo St., Mr. Damian Milushev, Vacation Properties Coordinator (every working day from 09:00 to 17:30). The reservation, including the room number and shift, will be confirmed via email. Any changes to the holiday request by the client (change of shift, number of persons, nights, and/or meal plans) occurring After submission and confirmation by ADIS must be coordinated with the Vacation Properties Coordinator before payment. In such cases, the existing request is canceled and a new one must be completed. Otherwise, the terms of the original request remain in effect.Payments can be made in cash and/or by debit/credit card at the cash desk in the ADIS administrative building (Sofia, 27 Veliko Tarnovo St.) or via bank transfer. It is mandatory to include the reservation number and the full name of the primary applicant:

Shifts: The client must pay the full amount for the selected holiday no later than 14 calendar days after the reservation is confirmed. If no payment is received, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellations and Penalties:
- If the client cancels the reservation less than 14 calendar days before check-in, ADIS will refund 80% of the amount paid (Valid for regular shifts).
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or valid reasons, ADIS may decide to refund the full amount upon cancellation, provided that ADIS is notified at least 5 days before the check-in date.
- If the client cancels the reservation less than 2 calendar days before the check-in date, ADIS will refund 50% of the amount (Valid for regular shifts).
- In case of early departure before the agreed checkout date, ADIS does not refund the amount for the remaining days.
- In case of objective inability of ADIS to provide the accommodation and catering services (including epidemic outbreaks, changes in the national epidemic situation, or significant illness among staff/guests), ADIS reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement without penalty and will refund 100% of the prepaid amounts.
- Should we be unable to fulfill our obligations due to a government decision to use ADIS Holiday Inn for refugees, clients will be notified promptly and all paid amounts will be refunded.
Check-in starts at 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the first day, and check-out is by 10:30 AM on the day following the last paid night.
